Code of Conduct and Hold Harmless

The Social Chase, Inc. provides a "Free to Be Me" welcoming and safe environment (virtually and in-person). All members of The Social Chase, Inc. are expected to be respectful, mindful, and ethical. No cursing, bullying, unwelcomed physical contact, or smoking is allowed.

All participants of The Social Chase, Inc. will be approved by the Founder/president or assignee.

The Social Chase, Inc. does not provide behavioral or physical support for activities, nor is legally responsible for the safety of participants ("Social Chasers") and caretakers. All Social Chasers must be accompanied by an adult for in-person activities, unless approved by the Founder, Helen Taylor. The Social Chase Inc. is not responsible for the Social Chasers or caretakers own safety.

Participating in any the Social Chase, Inc. events or programs, each participant understands the risks involved in participating in any of activities. You acknowledge that the activity and facilities they take place at may pose significant risk of injury to you/your child(ren).

Participating in any the Social Chase, Inc., you hereby grant for yourself, Social Chasers, heirs, executors, or administrators, waive and release any and all claims for damage ever had or now have against The Social Chase, Inc. , its successors and assigns, employees, agents, and representatives for any and all kinds of activities.

The Social Chase, Inc. is not responsible for medical, hospital, emergency room or transportation expenses for any incidental illness or injury or you/your child(ren).

The Social Chase, Inc. has the total discretion to determine if you/your child(ren) are allowed) to participate in any activity.

The Social Chase, Inc. has the total discretion to determine whether the Social Chaser should be removed from any activity and cannot be appealed.

Participating in any The Social Chase, Inc. programs, activities, training, and social media, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Social Chase, Inc. with respect to any claims or demands against it, including any attorney fees and expenses.
