Your workshop location is in the third column of the agenda. The locations are the Apron Stage, Recital Hall, Dance Studio, and Library. Attendees have registered for specific workshops.

A Friendly Reminder:  Know Your Audience.  Please keep your presentation at a 5th grade level.  We want everyone to understand the important information you are providing.

The school will have projector and presentation screen available.  Please make sure you have correct adapters with your computer.

We hope you can attend the whole event.  However, if you cannot, please arrive at least 45 minutes early before your presentation.    You will check in at the school and retrieve your badge. A volunteer will escort you to your location. If you are running late please call me at 203-910-0622 or my husband Alan at 203-525-8420.  Bring an umbrella.

We will have moderators during the Q&A session, if applicable.  If possible, try to keep the response to three minutes. Note:  We will not be reading bios because that takes too much time.  You will be introduced by one of the moderators.

Chef D. Myles is catering the continental breakfast.  Box lunch is provided by Maggie McFly’s.

I have created folders on Google Drive for each speaker to upload your presentation as a backup.  Please email me if you need to upload your presentation.

If you confirmed a vendor table, your name will be on the table.  We are asking vendors to arrive by 7:30 AM. PLEASE let me know, if you no longer need a table.

I would suggest you unpack your vehicle on School Street then park at the Scovill Street Parking Garage (free on the weekend), 33 Scovill St, Waterbury, CT. (Google Map: https://goo.gl/maps/ bkyWpMqacBp)

After you park, walk towards the Waterbury Arts Magnet School Courtyard then veer to the right to the school entrance.   See picture below. 

Lunch will be provided.
