Hello everyone!  

Thank you registering for the 2nd Social Chase trip to NYC!  

This year we have 52 Social Chasers (and chaperone/friends) going.  See names and number of tickets below.
Note: Eight people will not be taking the bus.  


Itinerary

Note: Please eat in the morning or bring food for the bus ride.  I am planning to have a fundraiser (probably popcorn) for food/snacks on the bus in the morning.
Please try to support the fundraiser by sharing, etc.

Arrive by 7:00AM to board the bus. We may have to leave earlier for people taking the backstage tour.
7:30 AM Bus leaves from 709 Chase Parkway Commuter Lot, Waterbury. Please do not be late, we cannot wait. Note: Sorry, I will not be able to pick up anyone and provide a ride.
9:30 AM bus drop off at Radio City Music Hall
11:00 AM Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall Orchestra Seating (At the theater door by 10:30 AM). Drivers please be on time. 
This is a 90 minute show with no intermissions. They have a sensory room.
1:30 PM Dine at Tony’s DiNapoli (see menu below)
3:30 PM (4:00 PM Bus Leaves promptly) – Radio City Music Hall. This is NYC the bus cannot stay on the street long, so no late arrivals. Alternative: take the train back home.

I should receive the tickets a few weeks before the event.

The cost of this trip is over $11,000 but thanks to Burns & McDonnell sponsorship our Social Chasers are able to go for FREE and parents received a discount!

 
  1. 55 passenger bus transportation from Waterbury Commuter Lot on Chase Parkway (near NVCC)
  2. Rockettes Orchestra Seating (additional tickets are $124 pp)
  3. Dining at Tony’s Restaurant – Family Style dining – See menu below.
 

All sales are final. No refunds. If you can’t attend please find someone in your place.

First UPDATE:  If you want a backstage tour of the of Rockettes, the additional fee is $20 for an hour (you will have to pay this fee).  Email me if you are interested. I will check to see if arriving by 9:30AM is enough time.
